- Understand participant's expectations and need

Why a Life Coach?
I am a professional life coach with over 15 years of experience. (I am not a licensed therapist or counselor) I motivate, listen, and empower my clients through proven tools and strategies to bring personal empowerment.
Through a series of questions, tools, and strategies, clients discover their own inner strength, resilience, and wisdom while managing anxiety and fear on their life's journey to PEACE. I am not the coach that yells or tells you what to do, I will be with you to customize care to match your goals.
Clients range from ages 8 to 99 finding oneself through: divorce, fears, anxiety, and doubt. My clients transform through a series of simple guided steps.
No matter the pace or transition in your life, you too can live the best version of yourself.
My Journey

A few years ago, my world was turned upside down. I quickly realized I had two choices; allow my discouragement to hold me back or push forward without all the answers. Fear, doubt and my inner critic reminds me I am human but never will I allow it to hold me back. Motivation, Drive, and Passion will continues to propel me forward.
